OSF HealthCare is pleased to add a new advanced practice registered nurse to its staff to better serve Galesburg and the surrounding areas.
The addition of Hailey Cardenes, APRN, will ensure continued access for patients in need of primary care at OSF HealthCare – Medical Group – Galesburg, located at 834 N. Seminary St., Ste. 200, in Galesburg.
Hailey is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. She takes pride in helping patients live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
She received a Bachelor of Science from Methodist College of Nursing and her medical degree from Chamberlain University.
