Since 2017, OSF Saint Katharine has proudly hosted annual flu shot clinics to help protect the health of the Dixon community. This year’s effort saw 805 individuals receiving free flu vaccinations, made possible by the generous support of the OSF HealthCare Foundation.
This year, we hosted two drive-thru clinics at the OSF Saint Katharine Circle Drive, offering a convenient and safe way for residents to get vaccinated. A new addition this year was a booth at the Discover Dixon Scarecrow Festival, which brought flu prevention directly into the heart of a very well-attended community event.
These vaccinations would not be possible without the incredible work of the OSF pharmacy team and the many volunteers who gave their time and energy to support these clinics.
