OSF HealthCare St. Mary Medical Center, the Knox County YMCA, and galesburg.info are pleased to present Commit2Fit. Commit2Fit is a FREE 8 week weight loss program. It's our goal to help motivate and educate you and help you stay focused to make positive choices that will last a lifetime.
The participant to experience the highest percentage of body weight loss for men and women will win the following prizes:
Males and Females under 50
First Place: $150, 6 month membership at the YMCA.
Second Place: $75, 3 month membership at the YMCA.
Males and Females over 50
First Place: $150, 6 month membership at the YMCA.
Second Place: $75, 3 month membership at the YMCA.
All participants who weigh in and weigh out will be added to a special drawing to win $100!
