OSF St. Francis Hospital is soliciting public comment regarding plans to renovate and construct an addition to the existing dialysis clinic within the campus at 3401 Ludington Street Escanaba, MI 49829, within T39N, R23W, Section 25.
OSF is preparing an application for license and funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Federal agencies and applicants must provide consultation and allow public comment to fulfill Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act review process.
