Congratulations to Christina Reed, RN, the most recipient of the DAISY Award.
The DAISY Award recognizes a nurse who is nominated by a patient or their family for exemplary professional practice.
Christina is an RN in the Emergency Department and was nominated by the family of patient. The patient was in pain and distress from a fall and while there was a lot of activity in the ED that day, Christina was attentive and cared for the significant needs of the patient. The nomination noted “Christina was comforting and compassionate and thoroughly professional. My wife and I celebrate Christina!”
