OSF Medical Group – Family Medicine is pleased to offer a free one-hour virtual diabetic program as part of Diabetes Awareness Month hosted by Anne Lauterjung, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Anne will present information about the 4 Mantras Of Diabetes Management–Meals, Moving, Medication, and Measuring Glucose along with Surviving the Holidays at noon on Monday, November 15, 2021.
The program is open to all diabetic patients. Advance registration is required for the Microsoft Teams event. An invitation and directions will be emailed to each participant.
