The health care watchdog agency Leapfrog Group has announced that OSF HealthCare St. Mary Medical Center has continued its straight “A” streak for the Leapfrog Hospital Spring 2021 Safety Award.
Widely acknowledged as one of the most prestigious distinctions a hospital can receive in the U.S., the “A” recognition showcases OSF HealthCare St. Mary Medical Center’s commitment to patient safety and quality.
OSF St. Mary has earned an ‘A’ since the inception of the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade in 2012. Less than 2% of hospitals in the Hospital Safety Score have achieved this distinction.
