OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center Mission Partners (employees) and the OSF HealthCare Foundation have teamed up to supply 324 area children with gifts this holiday season.
For years, OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center Mission Partners buy gifts for Rockford community children through the Adopt An Angel program. Due to COVID-19, the group only accepted $25 gift cards for the children for this season. To make this year’s donation even more special, the OSF HealthCare Foundation wrote a grant for $3,325 to purchase 133 additional gift cards for local children.
“We are honored to be able to contribute to putting a smile on the faces of children in our area this holiday season,” said Ryan Duvall, OSF HealthCare Foundation Director of Development. “Our Mission Partners care about our community and always find ways to give back. This grant just furthers their generous efforts.”
“We are extremely proud of our Mission Partners who continuously show their generosity for our community and truly live out the Mission of OSF HealthCare to serve others with the greatest care and love,” said Hospital President, Paula Carynski.
