OSF HealthCare Holy Family Medical Center and the Strom Center are partnering to present a health fair focused on healthy living for seniors in Warren and Henderson Counties.
The senior health fair will be held on Wednesday, September 11 from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the Strom Center (211 South A Street, Monmouth, Illinois). This event is FREE and all community members are welcome. Light breakfast will be provided to attendees.
Offerings to include FREE foot screenings, A1C screenings, lipid profile screenings, blood pressure screenings, Medicare, Advance Care Planning, Medicare education, caregiver resources and services, education on senior eye health, information on senior nutrition programs, and more. Participating agencies include OSF HealthCare, the Strom Center, Warren County Health Department, Eye Surgeons Associates, Warren County Housing Authority, Jamieson Community Center, Eagle View Community Health System, Courtyard Estates, Legacy Estates and more.
